Dr. Vision works is the worst place to get your vision checked. I went in before the labor day weekend and personally paid for an exam for glasses and contacts. I had no help picking out glasses that were best suited to me. They were rude and barley noticed I was there. I waited two hours for an exam. I was then told that my contacts would be in the next week. I went back that friday and no contacts. I was informed that because of the holiday weekend it would take until the next week. I went back the next friday, still no contacts (this was also the second time I had to have my new glasses adjusted). I came back the next friday and still no contacts (again to also have my glasses adjusted), but was promised to have them mailed to me in the next week. I came back a fourth friday and there were my contacts. But because it had taken three weeks and the test pair of contacts were no good I would have to wait to see the eye doctor again. I asked for a refund. To this date I am still waiting on that check. When I asked for a refund I was treated like trash and was told that eventhough I paid for my contact perscription I could not have it because I did not see the doctor to make sure that it was correct. I did not realize that they used the guess check system for contacts. I have now paid another $130 for a contact perscription and am having a hard time wearing them because the test pair that dr. vision works gave me scratched my eyes. They're such a great place!

Pros: nothing

Cons: everything

they do not know how to measure glasses properly and will basically tell you to wear them -- I had two pairs which was measured @ 28 and associate argued with lab manager that they were measured correctly -- lab manager looked at me and said I was 23 measurement....and even when I had another store in AZ measure, I was told that they did not know how to measure lenses. After glasses remade, still not right...been writing the Corporate office (ECCA) and they will not contact customer either. This has been on-going for 2 months -- from 5/12 to 7/15/2008...I have worn glasses for over 40 years and this has been the worst experience -- eye doctors try to help but this company will NOT refund $$ for glasses that will not fit . Reps argue with not only the customers, but also with the lab manager. This company wants the $$ but will not service customers well. So pay a few more bucks and go to a reputable eye doctor....Anyone have a good one in mind?? LMK please

Pros: None

Cons: Go there if you want bad eyes.
