Loyal customer. I have been a customer at this Visionworks location for many years and have been very pleased with the service. I am surprised to see such bad reviews and experiences. One time they did mess up my contact order, but they submitted a re-order and gave me a free pair of contacts to make up for the error. Loyal customer review.. I've been going here for years. The doctors are professional and observant. The sales floor is nice and laid back, always willing to answer questions. The prices are most reasonable. I only wear contacts, but they do have a good variety of reasonable ($50-$100) and even nice designer glasses. Once they even gave me an extra lens when I lost the other one. Another time they gave me a discounted exam for being a loyal customer.…
Just fine. I was surprised to see all the negative reviews, I've had a fine time here. The doctor was professional, the process and wait time just fine, and the price is cheap. The people that have helped me are friendly and not pushy. I bought glasses and contacts a year ago, went in just recently to have my glasses repaired. The person helping me went through the extra hardship of drilling out the super glue I had used, and was even pleasant about it.…
Good Experience.
I had a very good experience here. My last eye exam was at Walmart and vision works was much more thorough. The optometrist was very friendly and really listened to me talk about my issues and made
some very good suggestions. They had modern equipment and gave me a lot more attention than Walmart. I am confident they got my prescription perfect, which I wasn't at Walmart.
As far as the rest of my experience, it was very positive. A girl did help me select frames, but when I wanted to just browse by myself, she left me alone. I ordered my glasses on Friday and they were ready by Monday (I was told they normally don't even take that long, but they had some equipment down).
Overall, great experience and they will get my business again.…
