The food is really good, but if you are from Latin-America like I am, the female servers will look at you with contempt.
Great place!.
I recently ate here, and I can say without any reservations, it is the best Asian places I have eaten in Denver.
The staff are extremely friendly, and don't mind explaining to Westerners what everything is, and how to eat it. They're happy to help with anything they can. I'm just sorry I didn't have more money for a tip!!
The food is, of course, outstanding, from the complimentary appetizers and dessert, to the main courses of BBQ Beef and Soup.
The Ambiance is pleasant and cozy, while remaining open. Though I ate in the main part, I could see there were several Private Rooms which could be reserved for dinners and parties, which looked nice.
The decor was tasteful in the main dining area, as well as the restrooms, which featured motion-activated everything.
The manner in which the entryway was set up was slightly odd, with Enter and Exit doors on opposing sides, but it detracted nothing from my dining experience.
I highly recommend this place!! *****
Very delicious food.... I have been to this particular restaurant for about 4 years now. Never once I disappointed with the food and service there. The service may appear unconventional to some, but to us its not that bad at all. I am Indonesian but have lived here for over 10 years and my wife is Caucasian from Illinois. They always warm to us. We just have different expectations I think when we go there. We love all the meat and the potato soup there and I love that you're able to push a button on your table to call on the waiters. I always recommend people to go there and lots of my friends, who majority of them are white, love the place!!!
Poor Customer Service. I went there with my husband and when we arrived the staff looked at us and never even sat us. It wasn't busy at all but I think it was because we weren't Korean so we just left and will not even try to go back.
not very friendly but decent food. I agree with the other review, but the food is descent. I'm korean, but I went with my husband (He's Chinese) and his cousin. They didn't even have us seated. We waited in the front for atleast 20 minutes. I was soo mad that we just left. I've eaten here plenty of times with my parents and with my Korean friends. If you're not Korean they will be rude. I don't recommend going here if you're not Korean. They are pretty rac*st and I hate that! I'd rather go to Han Kang. But thats my dad's friends restaurant and they have much better customer service and food is decent there too.
Editorial Review. Considered one of the most authentic Korean barbecue restaurants in the area, the strip mall location belies delights such as kimchi, beef tripe and barbecued meats.
If you don't speak Korean, You won't get service. I went with a couple of my white friends and a Japanese friend. We waited for 20 mins before water arrived. All the waitress were only helping the Korean speaking customers and just walked passed our table. Finally the owner told a waitress to take our order and she gave us an attitude (rolled her eyes). We've been to many Korean restaurants and this is the WORST customer service by far. Korean customers that came in after us got their food before they even took our order. So we did not even bother to stay to eat. We just walk out and will NEVER go back.
