Rude Rude Rude - Remember Elaine on Seinfeld ?. Stopped in to get a french polish change. I inquired about the price and was told $11.00 for a french polish change by the posse of non-working nail technicians sitting on the couch.

I indicated I was also interested in a french polish change on the manos and they indicated the price was $10.00. I replied that this was regular price and that most shops reduced the price for bundled services. They said "NO," full price, so I stated I would just do the pedi polish change.

The posse of non-working nail technicians looked at me with a dismissive sneer and as I was walking away completely eviscerated me in their native tongue. I was able to make out the scoffing english word "discount" several times. Clearly they were having a side conversation indicating I was audacious to ask for a discount for bundled services. What kind of business mocks and ridicules and talks about customers with scorn and derision, right in ear shot? Total Elaine on Seinfeld moment.

Anyway, I won't be back to Holly Nails and I'll stay closer to Cherry Creek environs and South Colorado shops where they know how to treat a customer. I got the distinct feeling that Holly Nails doesn't need or want my business. Good riddance.

Beautiful Nails. I originally went to Holly Nails because they are in walking distance of my house and I try to go to neighborhood places. I went with my friend for a birthday peticure and it was fabulous. The girl was talented and fun. I recommend it!

Decent Prices / Good Pedicure. I initially came here because it was close to my gym, but have returned because it's well priced for what you receive. Manicurists speak English, but are occasionally too chatty for me to relax. I'll still return as their prices and service are terrific.
