Childish Manager. Had a new book to return with the stickers and no writing inside (it was a cook book where you add your own recipes). It was going to be gift for someone but I changed mind on what I was going to give. No receipt=no return, no store credit, no nothing. I asked for the manager who was very immature and unhelpful as he seemed to enjoy my anger on the issue. I love the feeling of insult. I was happy with an in store credit or whatever, but not so much on the immaturity.
