Never going back. I stopped in for lunch, trying new places as I'm getting used to working downtown. I ordered the Green Chili Plate and asked for the "Hot" style. My order came and I first tried the mexican rice. Never had it with peas in it before, but it was good. Then I tried the chili. Not only was it not spicy "Hot" it wasn't stove hot either. Lukewarm would describe it best. And if that was the "hot" style, I'd hate to see what the "mild" was like. I've had ketchup with more bite than the "hot" chili. Next I tried the beans. The only thing colder than the beans was my Iced Tea. They didn't seem like they were warming up at all.

Since I was at lunch and pressed for time, I did my best to choke down a cold lunch.

All in all, it was probably one of the most bland, tasteless meals I've had since bootcamp over 30 years ago.

Worst Experience Ever!!. We went for 52.80 week. First off my husband and I don't get out too often and we were looking forward to 52.80 week. We chose Cilantro Fusion blindly based on the menu offerings for the 52.80 special. We arrived to a lack luster atomosphere. My husband had the tortilla soup and I had the salad...the salad was alright nothing special but it is hard to mess up a salad. The soup was well...bleah. Tasted like Campbell's tomato soup with tortillas and cheese. Next we had ceveche and flautas...the flautas were alright but again hard to screw up something deep fried but the ceveche tasted like someone chewed up some fish and spit it on a tostada. Next came the main courses. I had better meals at Applebee's for waaay less money. The dessert was alright not my favorite choices but ok. Overall it was not worth the money. After tip and drinks we spent over $80 and we felt RIPPED OFF!! A big chunk of change for two stomachaches and a dissapointing experience. I would never reccomend this place to anyone. It is unfortunate...we were really looking forward to a romantic evening and great food to brag about instead we will be telling all our friends not to waste their time or money. :( I would not give it even one star but City Search requires at least one to publish...

Needs a little help. My girlfriend and I ate there last night. Seeking a warm, cozy, romantic meal on a frigid evening, we arrived to find the heater broken and the place, well, cool. We sat upstairs in almost complete darkness as one of the 2 wall lights were burned out. We were given candles, which was a nice touch. The wait staff were very pleasant but slow. My girlfriend had the rellenos which had great flavor and lots of zip. My tacos al carbon were just beef cubes on small flour tortillas with no sauce or garnish. The tres leches desert was not bad but the COLD coffee that was served to us was just a shock! Although it was cafe con leche it is still supposed to be hot!

The friendly staff needs to step it up a bit and please, please, I don't ever want to have cold coffee again unless I order it iced! Seems like this place might be better for a quick lunch as the food is pretty good but certainly not a place to go to for a cozy fun dinner.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. I just had lunch there today- I went there with work friends a couple of weeks ago, and liked it so much that I took my wife there today for a lunch date. We sat up on the balcony- very romantic. I highly recommend the Tres Leches dessert.
