Brightly painted walls are decorated with huge colorful fish. The room is crowded with tables and almost always noisy, putting a damper on intimate conversation. Entree options include tofu, chicken or shrimp smothered in not-too-garlicky brown sauce. Curries are rich, but not too heavy; spicy, but not brutal. The panang has coconut flavor and a lot of fresh, crisp veggies. For dessert, there's sweet and delicious ice cream, in green-tea or red-bean flavors.

My family enjoys take out several nights a week from our area restaurants. Thai Basil is in our top 3 favorites because everything we have eaten from there is amazing. We have not been able to enjoy the restaurant for some time because we are unable to find an on line menue.
Pros: The best Thai I have ever had anywhere in the world
Cons: No on line menue
