I am a regular client of Mountain Maids and have been using them for about 8 years now. I have been very happy with their service. The ladies that have been cleaning my house and are doing a wonderful job. Their attitude and quality of work are excellent; and I am very satisfied.

I am Very Happy with their service

We are a current customer and use them every other week to clean our home. We are very pleased with the two women that the company has been sending us that clean our house. I am a very meticulous person and this means a lot coming from me. They work really hard and it shows! Thank You.

A 5 year-old Could Do a Better Clean

I scheduled a before move-in deep clean and was left with barely a surface job. I was unable to communicate to the crew that came as they spoke little English. I assumed that the office manager told them which service had been requested. When I arrived home later, I found that only the sinks, counters and mirrors were cleaned. The floors were still dirty as were the cabinets, baseboards, ceiling fans etc. When I later got a hold of the office manager she offered to send someone in again but as we were moving in that day it wasn't possible. She ended up deducting a mere third of the original price which was rather high to begin with.

I wouldn't recommend taking the chance with this company unless you are prepared to do most of the cleaning yourself.
