I have been a customer of Cradle and All for the past 7 years and I have had nothing but a great experience every time I go in this store. They have loaned me a chair when I didn't order soon enough to get mine. They have delivered and set up my furniture at my convenience - even on a Sunday. They also moved furniture that was in the room into another room for me. They are the most friendly and pleasant people I have ever encountered in any store I have been in. I never write reviews myself but I have to let people know that they SHOULD SHOP at Cradle and All. The person that is saying the prices are 3 times as high obviously doesn't know what they are talking about. You have to pay for quality. The furniture that I have from Cradle and All is still as beautiful as the day I bought it. My kids are tough on it too - but it is high quality and is not going to fall apart! The people that are wanting Babies R Us prices ought to just shop at Babies R Us and leave the higher end stores alone. These people are just bitter they can't afford it. I have never seen anything in Cradle and All that would be the same quality that would be in Babies R Us. Don't go shopping for a Mercedes and expect to get Volkswagon prices and then have the nerve to gripe about it. You pay for what you get. I know I got great furniture and the people there could not be nicer or more accommodating. Please people reading this - don't allow the negative people to keep you from shopping at this store. You would be missing the great experiences that I have had shopping there and that would be a shame!

I guess I should say that this place fits well in the community, since Highlands Ranch is less "cost sensitive" than other areas. The employees, with their award winning phony smiles, completely ignore the exhorbitant costs of the products they are selling. I am still intrigued as to how I can purchase a glider from Cradle & All for $1100 and wait for TWO MONTHS (still hasn't come in yet), and go see the same product at Babies R' Us for $800 cheaper AND it's in stock. I presented my frustration with the timeframe and the prices with the associates many times, but, as is the tradition of all past, present & future employees of ANY retail establishment, the customer is not always right, and must be shown the error of their ways. They will defend to the end. Which is fine. The best I can do is warn my girlfriends who are expecting also, and pass out fliers at every baby shower, and tell you, the reader of this review, not to patronize this store. I have found that this place, along with other mom/baby boutiques in the area, are a pithy excuse for infant/child paraphernalia
