Yummy. Upscale breakfast, great food and fast service! We love this place.

Bad Service. The service was terrible, and the decor was old and dirty. We had to wait for more than 30 min for our food, and then it came wrong. We were in a hurry, and they did not seem to care. Very negative experience.

Breakfast what Breakfast??. While on vaction we were looking for a breakfast place to grab something quick before making the drive up to Pike's Peak. When we first enetered the seating room was decorated very nice. As they took us to our seats the room was very old fashion(like it was decorated 15 yrs ago and never updated) When we sat down we began to examine the room. The vents were covered in dirt and dust and the shades on the window looked like they had never been cleaned/ After ordering our food (with specific directions of what we wanted- a crossaint sandwich w/cheese and bacon ONLY) we waited for alittle over a half hour. When our food came it was two pieces of bacon and one piece of cheese covered in some kind of mayo looking sauce. After staring at it for 10 minutes our waitress finally came back to see if we needed anything else and stated, "O thats the ....sauce" I don't know which part of cheese and bacon ONLY she didn't get but after waiting so long we ended up leaving without even eating. Although they comped our meal...I was starving and ended up eating McDonald's...If I had any idea of how that meal was going to turn out I would have went to McD's in the first place!!

Atmosphere rules at this French New Orleans-themed spot that serves traditional American fare.. In Short
Decorated like a French country bistro with jazzy New Orleans overtones, Mimi's Café was named after a lost love of Arthur Simms, who started the restaurant in 1978 in Anaheim, Calif., with his family. The ambience could only be upstaged by the menu filled with traditional American favorites. Breakfast includes omelets, waffles, muffins and fresh-squeezed juices, while lunch and dinner feature comfort-food classics like pot pie and pot roast, deli-style sandwiches, burgers, pastas, steaks and salads.

No ads, no hype, just good!. Great food, quiet yet upbeat atmosphere, and as a side note they take pride in not using trans-fats! (no partially-hydrogenated oils) Give it a try for an affordable and tasty meal out! Interestingly, they also don't advertise, they rely on word-of-mouth... so they want to make sure every customer leaves happy (and it shows).

Mimi's is great.. The food is great and the service is always excelent. Reasonably priced and usually enough for leftovers.

Mimi's has a great atmosphere and a wide varriety of food. Try the Pot Pie.
