I worked with Dave Cook at LoDo Residential Mortgage and he and his staff took wonderful care of me! Dave was so efficient and made my home buying experience so great. This was not my first home and no one ever before took care of me like Dave did. He never missed a beat, and always kept my realtor and I up to date as to the progress. Anyone who needs a mortgage I would highly recommend Dave, and I have.
