I BOUGHT A USED TRUCK FROM THEM A WHILE AGO, I LIKED THE SALESMAN, AND PEOPLE WORKING IN THERE ALL WERE SO FRIENDLY, AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE,AMAZING JOB DODGE ARAPAHOE.

We were in this dealership for a defective vehicle trade through Chrysler which took over two years to complete with Chrysler. We had originally found a replacement vehicle at another dealership, but they were not willing to process the paperwork since they technically did not make any money on the deal. The service manager and our sales rep at Go Dodge Arapahoe found a comparable vehicle for us on their lot. The dealership completed all the tedius and technical paperwork for the trade, and went above and beyond what was expected. We will continue to use this dealership for future purchases, and will bring our current vehicle in for service.

My Husband and I just bought two 2012 Dodge Trucks and it was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership! From Bobby Hong, to the sales manager, to the finance manager...it was all a breeze and a lot of fun! I would recommend anyone and everyone to buy a truck from them! Especially Mr. Bobby Hong...he is very knowledgable, respectful, and never once threw out one of those cheesy sales pitches! Overall we had a blast buying the trucks!

TERRIBLE PLACE BEWARE!!!. Dropped our truck of for a 90,000 mile service, at the end of the day we were informed that they were not able to preform our service due to sick calls that day. They told us that they would keep it overnight and preform the work in the morning, well next day comes and at 11 am we get a call that our truck is missing.....yes GONE!!!!! They assured us that they had followed security protocol and locked our keys up in the lock box overnight so either they are lying and left our keys in the truck in the yard or an employee with access stole our vehicle!!!!!!! Best part is they are not liable because of the release you sign when you drop your vehicle off for service. We can't get anyone to call us back, they have been hugely unsympathetic, unapologetic and flat out avoiding us. Completely unwilling to work with us at all after losing our truck due to their negligence!!!!! Do not use this dealership!!!!! This is not our first bad experience just the worst and last they are not nice people and hugely unprofessional.
