Really Nice Salon. Just wanted to say that I was really impressed with what I found at Vida Salon. Honestly, I only went because I got a free haircut in an event gift bag. But I will definetly go back! The girl that washed my hair was really sweet, and Susan gave me an awesome cut! She styled my hair in a way I NEVER would have thought to do it, and I couldn't be happier. I can't wait for my hair to grow back so I can see her again! Its also in a great little neighborhood.

friendly people, aveda products. i decided to come to vida because its pretty close to where i live and i just found out they use aveda. i really liked my stylist, she helped me pick out a cute cut because i wasn't sure excatly what i wanted. i'm usually a pretty chill person and i felt like everyone there was too. no loud techno music, and it wasn't too busy and crazy like some big salons are. i was very relaxed the whole time, and i didn't feel like she was pushing me to buy a lot of product. i will definitely be back.

LOVE IT!. Ok well 1st off i just have to say that this place is very lovely...nicely decorated very friendly employees...I been With Carolyn for about a year to two years...shes great just perfect....everytime i go to her i leave with a big smile on my face because i love her work and what she does with my hair...i believe once or twice i came to her with MAJOR hair trauma and NO joke she saved my hair...My friends, and family just love her work...Love this place and i recommend it for everyone and anyone.

Wonderful Salon!. I have been going to the same place for 3 years to have my hair cut and I was starting to feel neglected. I thought it was time for a change and a girl at work recommended Vida. I made an appointment with Heather and I have found my new place. The cut was amazing, the staff friendly, and the decor beautiful. Thank you Heather, I will be coming back soon!

Beautiful Highlights by Carolyn. It was my First time At VIDA Salon, and it won't be my last. I had my hair colored by Carolyn. She give me the best tones of blonde highlights and touch up my roots perfectly. She was very nice and listen to what I wanted done. She also give me the best shampoo and blow-out. I am so happy that I will be recommending all my co-workers and friends.

Amazing Haircut!!. After reading the reviews here, I was skeptical, but didn't know where else to go (especially since I've tried out several other well-known salons)...but I'm so glad I went! I got a great no-fuss haircut (what I asked for) and a fabulous blowout from Heaher. I have watched dozens of haircutters cut my hair and Heather is the only one who seemed to really understand my hair type and head shape. Great place and friendly staff!

Avoid Vida Salon. This place is ridiculous. Like the previous review, they are ALWAYS outside smoking prior to an appointment. My color was fried and yet it was NOT their fault... I would rather go to Cost Cutters.

Appointment Disappointment. It would've been my third visit for a haircut in 6 months but since my appointment time was overbooked, I had to reschedule. There were no apologies and the receptionist became irritated as though I was wrong for wanting to reschedule.

User review by snowbird79. I have been to Vida twice..once to get my hair cut and highlighted and to get a pedicure. I was very pleased with the haircut/highlight.

The pedicure, however, was less than desirable. I have been to much better places for the price. The tech didn't even clean under my nails or cut my cuticles.

The problem I have with Vida is that everytime I arrive, the staff is outside on a smoke break right next to the front door, chatting away. The receptionist quickly runs inside and when the stylist is done smoking and talking, my appointment begins.

I have also been there when the owner was visibly having an argument with a stylist in the waiting area.Then, the stylist stormed out the door...They did a great job with my hair, but the atmosphere seems like needs a little professionalism.....or a smoking room in the back of the salon.

User review by musiqmuse. I have been to Vida Salon more than 5 times now. I have got my hair dyed, cut, eyebrows waxed, and up-do's. Each time i was there, the receptionist was very friendly as well as the girls I have met. The enviorment is friendly and the owner seemed very concerned how the salon was percieved.
