Expensive, Service not the best. First time and the last time....... waited for over 10 min. before anyone even looked at us. Burgers taste good, but where's the beef? Weird red sauce mixed in with the grilled onion's on the Patty Melt. Ordered Onion Rings with the meal and got a total of five very small rings. Had one small Guacamole Burger w/ nothing else, one small Patty Melt, with an order of Onion Rings, one Water, and One Pepsi and it came to right at $19.39 . At least they are making money off first timers.

Terrible food, ok service. Terrible. Food fairly inexpensive at first glance. Then you see what you get, and it's terrible. Nachos - tiny plate $10. Hamburgers, small, doesn't include fries. Chili burgers - under seasoned, no spice what so ever. Very bland. The kids didn't even like their burgers. Would not recommend at all.

Bad BBQ, poor value. Only 2 BBQ items on menu, Ribs & chicken. Given the price, $10, asked waitperson if rack was full or half and was told "full, 8+ ribs". When it arrived, discovered 5 very small, hard, tough ribs. When advised waitperson that ribs were poor she said they were not known for ribs. It is my opinion that Shack should take them off menu if they are "not known for BBQ".

The Shack Burger is the BEST!!. The Shack is a locally owned and operated home of the best BURGERS in Colorado!! The signature SHACKBURGER comes crowned with either a Portugese Sausage or Louisana Hot-Link. My wife always orders either the Bacon-Blues or Double-Shack Burger. All choices are exceptional values and are of the highest quality. The fries and onion rings are perfect complements to these great Burgers!! Lot's of bigscreen options for sports and there is always a very personable and friendly waitstaff.

singing the blues. The Shack has one of my favorite burgers around. The Bacon-Blues Burger is absolutely delicious. The bleu cheese is great quality, and they aren't skimpy with it. None of that pouring bleu cheese dressing on a burger and calling it fit to eat! Other items on the menu are wonderful as well - my friend swears the quacamole chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich he's ever eaten in a restaurant.
