The Delectable Egg Experience. I have been frequenting the Delectable Egg in Westminster for many years now. Many of my friends and neighbors eat there as well. The food is always very good, served quickly and reasonably priced. I really enjoy a couple servers there in particular, namely Sheila and Karen. The decor is very inviting and provides a nice atmosphere for a relaxing morning meal. The problem with the restaurant in my eyes falls solely on the owner, David. He always has a scowl on his face, excessive gum chewing and is easily flustered. He has never bothered to make any attempt at conversation with my husband and I. I find it concerning for the employees there that he will sit with another table for up to an hour at a time. In all, I would recommend this restaurant for the food and handful of quality servers. However, this treat comes at the expense of unfriendly management.

Exceptional all around. We have visited the Westminster location several times over the last 2 years and have always had outstanding service and food. The menu offers a wonderful variety of food selections and is presented in an orderly easy to read manner. With their wildflower country decor, it is always springtime in Westminster. We usually have a minimum of 8 people; today we had 11! They accommodated us seating wise very well and we were all served our food within 1 min. of each other. EXCELLENT!
