Ignore the negative comments.... My family has been with Doctor Edrich for 5 years and through all manner of issues. He's one of the best Physicians around and he listens, evaluates, and REMEMBERS your situation and particulars because he CARES about his patients. The staff is competent and friendly, however, steer clear if you have no personality, demand that a doctor "do as you say" or get pissy with people when your ego overloads your common sense. Will write a prescription for anything!. Doesn't care what you have to say, was ready to write a prescription as soon as we walked in. Did not take into account any concerns of mine. Staff is very rude very one-sided in divorced parents! Not recommended, go to Pediatrics 5280, they are awesome!…

i have had multiple bad experiences with this office. the first time i me the new PA, she called me Miss Creatine because i was there for a high urine protein. Unprofessional. I called their
office for a referral to a specialist and they said they want to order and MRI and blood work when just weeks before i had the same MRI done (they had the results) and their office did routine blood work. So they NEVER reviewed my chart. This was just 2 incidents. There were others
After that, I called office to send me my medical records. A few weeks later I get a letting in the mail dated the same day I called for me medical records, telling me they dont want me as a patient anymore. I have NEVER heard of that before and I am a nurse by trade.

I have been going to Heritage Hills Family Medicine for years. Dr. Edrich is the best doctor around. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about almost all illnesses, diseases, symptoms, and medications. He
is truly an expert.
I like the fact that he sits there and listens to you describe your ailments. I mean....he really LISTENS. He is not the type of doctor who rushes you in and out of his office quickly. He genuinely cares about his patients.......and it shows.
