II have been a patient of Dr. Castle for several years, about 7, in those years of taking time off for my appointments, I have had to wait to get in to see the Dr., sometime up to three hours. Now i kept going because it is across the street from my house and the Dr. is nice, BUT... I just missed an appointment due to my wife going into the hospital. Called the office the next day to apologize and reschedule only to find out that I was not allowed to until I spoke to the office Manager , whom is the Dr. Wife, which is fine but we don't know when she will be in the best way is to leave a voice mail and she will call you when she can. They say its because I've have canceled previous appointments, that is I have called to cancel. Not just not show up. Hey Dr. Castle what about the time I've sat in your office on my dime due to you over booking?! Long and short I believe That this office does not care about there patience time, just there bottom line!!
Pros: He does know his stuff.
Cons: His practice doesnt care about you or your time and family
