We Like Texas Roadhouse. My family and I tried this restaurant for the first time about a month ago and have already been back twice. I feel that the food is priced appropriatly, and consistantly good. Even more impressive is that every single person we've encountered on the staff has been friendly and helpful. The staff, including the manager are clearly encouraged to leave thier problems at the door and to provide excellent customer service. That goes a long way with me and my family. Props to Texas Roadhouse for providing a friendly comfortable environment.

Texas--themed barbecue chain provides carnivores with a family-friendly spot for a hand-cut steak or rack of tender ribs.. In Short
With dozens of locations spread across most of the country, this faux-roadhouse chain has become a dependable spot for families in search of a casual spot for affordable steaks and down-home comfort fare. The playful menu is dotted with kid-friendly titles (chicken "critters," "road kill" chopped sirloin) and options (add caramel and marshmallow to a baked sweet potato for a dollar). In-house hand-cut steaks come in a plethora of cuts and sizes.

Excellent Ribs. For a restaurant chain, this place does wonders w/food. All food is prepared fresh on-site. Entrees are reasonably priced, and come w/2 side dishes. I'd get the dinner salad as 1 side; comes w/chopped hard-boiled eggs, shredded cheese, chopped tomatos, and fresh iceberg lettuce. The baby back ribs are excellent; fall-off-the bone tender! Seafood dishes include catfish and salmon--both very good. I'd stay away from the filet mignon "medallions"; mine were gristly. The ribeye steak was gristly and fatty, too. The side order of veggies really needs more veggies. Dinner and Drink specials are available from 4-6pm M-F. Dinner specials also available Sat and Sun from 12-2pm. When seated, your host/hostess places a basket of fresh-baked rolls on your table, and you can munch on the bucket of free in-shell peanuts.
