This place is AWFUL. High prices for average apartments, with no parking, NO ground maintenance (especially plowing/shoveling/salt). I have fallen multiple times because of the poor upkeep - no salt in parking lot = broken tailbone on the ice. The stairs and concrete are falling apart because of the places where they do decide to salt in mass amounts. And most of all, there is apparently a very light background check, resulting in sex offenders living in the complex. Lovely. I will be glad to get the hell out of here. View Less …
Don't move here!!. Looks nice when you drive by and take a tour, but many problems when finally moved in! Air conditioner, garbage disposal = don't work. Leak under kitchen sink... smells bad under sink. Water has ruined our silverware and cutlery. It was brand new! The water tastes wierd too, had to buy a filter to drink the tap. Washing machine only works on one setting. Hot tub isn't hot at all, pool is dirty and they did an awful job of cleaning up the place before we moved in. I do not reccomend this place! View Less …
