Worst, most expensive move ever. Misleading bid, extensive damage. Horrible experience and I've used professional movers 6 times in the past, so know what to expect!

Extremely poor customer service. This company has very poor customer service. I filled out and online form detailing my move and also spoke to the owner. I was told I would get an estimate. I never did. A week later I had to go over it again with the customer service rep who had no details on my move. I worried that if they couldn't manage to keep hold of my data, how would they do with my belongings? I never received an estimate and when I called to ask for one I was told that they no longer had availability to do my move. This wasted more than a week of my time in which I could have scheduled another mover. Call someone else and save yourself time and trouble. D-
