Sad Decline; Once Was Great. This USED to be our favorite Asian restaurant. This was the place we took our friends from out of town. They USED to have the BEST sesame chicken I have ever had. Sadly, their quality has declined recently and the food went from outstanding to substandard. What an unfortunate disappointment.…
Aurora's Worst Asian. The prior negative views pretty much cover it. If you want good Thai or Asian food in Aurora, check out Thai Basil. It's in the same area and the food is cheaper and way, way better. The service is even worse, which adds insult to injury. Avoid this place!…
Thai Garden is Thai Basil. Note that Thai Garden has the same menu/logo as Thai Basil with other locations in the metro area. Looking at some of the prior reviews I was surprised to see such negativity. Many of the dishes are Americanized Chinese dishes, but they do have some good choices. All and all, the food is much better than most strip mall asian food (and even Panda Express! - see prior review). I have been eating at Thai Garden/Thai Basil at least once per month for 9 years. The Siracha Beef, Thai Fried Rice, Pad Thai and the Curry dishes are all very good. Stay away from the seafood dishes and the crispy duck.…
such of a rip off!. nice enviornment but horrible food. i love thai food very much, and i have dinned in many thai restaurants, this is one found unappreciated. the thai spice soup is way too much salt than you can digest. so is the pad thai is heavily sauced. services is great, however the waiting time is terrible. spending 45mins wainting for something that weren't even edible, family got frustrated, that was such a bad experience. not to mention how unpleasant the foods are, things are over priced. it doesn't worth a penny to dine in. it is a failure to represent thai food, shameful!…
Worst Thai food I ever Had-. We tried this place because we live close and LOVE thai food. Tried the Pad Thai. I realize all places make Pad Thai a little different but this was totally unedible. It was by far the worst Pad Thai I have ever had. I do not recommend thia restaurant based on this one meal but I really think Pad Thai is a basic Thai dish and if it is gross the rest of the food can't be that great either. So, I would say cross the street to Panda Express. I know it's a chain but you know you will get good asian food.…
