HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!! My experience in the showroom was positive. The salesman, Reuben, knew the products I was looking at fairly well. I made my selection and scheduled the site visit. At the site visit they measured everything up but ended up breaking the face frame of the wall oven cabinet. My experience with Specialty Appliance and Reuben went downhill from there. He was horrible at actually picking up the phone to communicate anything to me. Appliances were delayed and after a month I'm still waiting for my microwave. The cooktop ended up being 3/16" to big for the opening and I'm now having trouble with my downdraft fan raising and lowering. On t op of everything, the cooktop has 3 of the 6 burners that don't work properly. Now I've been turned over to the Service Department. I personally wouldn't purchase anything from this company again!

Good at Sales, Poor at installation. Installers were sloppy and did a less than average job -- appliances cost a lot and I expected much better.

Excellent Appliance Purchase & Installation Experience!!!!!. Our washer and dryer were on the fritz and we needed a new set. We shopped around and found Specialty Appliance to have the best price and top notch customer service !!!!!! Gary delivered our new washer and dryer - he did a great job installing the washer and dryer and explained all the new features on them !! He was helpful, courteous and careful not to scratch the walls or floors. I thought they did such a great job when our dishwasher stopped working in July 2011 I went back to Specialty !! They took the time to show us all the different brands and models in our price range - with the features we wanted. Specialties sales people did not pressure us into buying a more expensive model, but where helpful and happy to show us all the models available. The installation of the dishwasher was quick and once again the installation crew explained all the features and did an excellent job while in our home. I recommend Specialty Appliance to my family, co-workers and friends !!!!

Great Experience. We were in the process of remodleing our kitchen and were referred to Specialty Appliance by our cabinet company. We went to their Greenwood Village location and were immediately helped by a very courteuos and friendly salesperson. We had shopped at a couple other places and found that they were trying to push products on us, at Specilty Appliance we were asked about how we cooked and what our long term plans were, they also worked within our budget and we got exactly what we were looking for. Their installation was also great!

WORST experience ever. I purchased over $25,000 worth of appliances (Subzero G48 refrigerator, Wolf range, dishwashers). The products either arrived late, were broken or installed the wrong way. I now have water damage and cannot get a hold of anyone at SA.
