They will sure get you a job, but it doesn't mean they are being truthful while they do. They will promise you the world and little things change over the course of time until before you know it you are sent working a job you don't want with hours and salary that are not what you agreed upon. No one is ever available when you call, you really only get to play phone tag with your agent. Take everything they say with a grain of salt and continue to look for a better job after they've placed you in one. Don't be surprised when they call you the day before you start work and it's 2nd-3rd shift when they promised you 1st and don't count on the 1st week's pay check in the 1st week like they promise you.
Pros: They will find you a job
Cons: It won't be what you're looking for and won't be what they promise
