This has been an excellent experience from the beginning. After multiple visits we finally decided on a Bullfrog Spa. We looked at every hot tub store in denver, but kept coming back to these. With the interchangeable jet packs, superior warranties, and powerful massage, it really was a no brainer.

Well, now we have had our spa for a few months and I feel I can give an accurate review. The jet pressure is amazing. The all natural water treatment system is great for my sensitive skin. Every interaction with Colorado Custom Spas has been great. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. When I call with a question, I get a real live person who really understands hot tubs. Very refreshing.

Great follow up and help. I'd recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a great hot tub. 6 different brands, tons of models in stock and in their showroom, private wet test, solid offerings in the $3-7k range, but we went with a really nice Clearwater Spas for under $5,000. what impressed us most was their follow up and help after the sale. We had never owned a spa before so we had lots of questions about hooking it up, operating the unit, but especially about the chemicals. We had a few problems, but they were patient and extremely helpful every time we called...and we called a lot.

If you are in the market, stop by and have a casual conversation about spas. These guys are true pros, have great options, fair prices, they don't push too much like some of the other places we went to, and they have excellent customer service. You won't be sorry.

Excellent service, unbeatable prices. Our family loves our spa! (See my note below). I recently moved from out of state and spa prices at the local stores are out of control. But, we really needed one for relaxation and therapy so we searched all over. The internet was a scary place - attractive prices, but litle or no support or service. This was too big of a purchase to by sight-unseen off the internet. But, while I was searching I found Colorado Custom Spas. What a relief! Finally, honesty, integrity and great service. And, we literally saved thousands off store prices. Our spa was a steal at $2500 (coincidentally, that was $500 less than the cheapest internet deal for the exact same spa!) They drove all the way up here (we live in Snowmass) and worked with a crane company to install it on our deck. That was over a year ago. They even call periodically to see how we're enjoying our spa and see if we have any questions! Nice to know people still work this way. Do yourself a favor and call these guys today.
