Cheeze meeeee. i went there twice this week, it was great, but the there was some really anoying customers who thought it was ok to trash the place and leave there tables all over without cleaning up after words or moving there tables back, they were super buisy and only two employees were on, there fore they couldnt get a chance to clean my table for me, its ok, i can wipe a table down myself and enjoy my delicious sandwiich, and there is plenty of parking in fact theres two parking garages on the same block..

This place rules, dont believe the negative hype. the bitchy highlands ranch yuppies who complained on here about the floors being dirty musta came in after lunch rush, get over it, people get buisy, get yo food and get out if ya dont like it, i have yet to have a bad experience and eat there at least once a week, the staff gets alil stressed at times but its understood, i highly recomend chedds, word up

What better comfort than grilled cheese and tomato soup!. It was a cold, rainy day here in Denver and the thought of a warm sandwich and tomato soup was on my mind. I remembered seeing Ched's so I looked at their menu online and we headed over with thoughts of cheesy goodness dancing in my head. I have to say that both of our meals were fantastic and the tomato bisque was addicting. Personally, the sandwich was plenty big enough since it is loaded down with tons of cheese so I'm not sure how someone would want something bigger. I can't say that I'll go there often, since I'm usually a very healthy eater, but every once and awhile we all deserve a little comfort and on a cold day Ched's will be exactly where I head. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for yummy, cheesy goodness.

How can you go wrong with gourmet grilled cheese?!. Chedd's is super duper. I love every sandwich I've had there, the Hot Gobbler being my fave. I also LOVE the macaroni and cheese, though they are almost always out of it when I go in :( I think the staff is really friendly and think the two people who posted negative reviews are just grumpy and don't have an appreciation for excellent grilled cheese.

GREAT grilled cheese fo yo GRILL yo'eeeeeeeee. First things first.. This place is NOT one of the filthiest, as the negative reviews depict.. This IS a mom and pop shop! Not your uncles Spicy Pickle Franchise. I think that because of the poorly painted floor and sketchy carpet people assume the place is filthy.. Not the truth,, And let me tell ya its truly one of the best eats in denver. I made it in the door with 10 minutes to close, and was treated like royalty. They asked me to sit on the carpet where they weren?t mopping, but left music playing and the tv on. The food was great, and they employees were awesome. They had a great sense of humor, and great knowledge of cheeese. I stayed there eating untill the guys closing looked like they were waiting on me.. Lol.. I was still there 40 minutes later.. Seriously the best grilled cheese ive ever tasted.. They have a board with 20+ of their own ?melts?.. I would go with one of these.. They are alll sooooooooooooooooooooo good.. And it you build your own you will most likely be disappointed with your weak knowledge of good grilled cheesing. So yea.. I watched them close and CLEAN! That place is great.. Im going there again tmrw! I want to try all 35 cheeses!!!!!!

Soooo Gooood. The simplest "American" cheese on wheat has always been a favorite of mine. Part of the equation is that it was one of the few things my dad could make. I still love grilled cheese but it comes with the qualifiction that it always tastes better when someone else makes it for me. So, I was sooo excited to find a gourmet grilled cheese place in my new neighborhood. Yet, the first time I ate at Chedd's wasn't that impressive, then again, I built my own sandwich, so I'm mostly to blame for that. But, today I ordered the "meatless horse" on a whim, light honey mustard, add dijon. H### S###! it was the BEST grilled cheese of my life. I can't stop thinking about how great it was. I ate the cheese off of the deli paper! They built the sandwichs on the menu for a reason people.

I Love Chedd's. This is one of my favorite places to eat. It's cheap, quick, offers an amazing variety of Wisconsin cheeses and the staff is very friendly.

One of my favorite places to eat in all of Northern Colorado. Super good sandwiches made to order. Service has always been friendly. Delicious potato salad, soup and unique atmosphere. Small inside, but pick up orders are ready within 10 minutes. Definitely try this place.

Filthy, Filthy. I was in Chedd?s about a month ago and have to agree with the other member who said the restaurant was absolutely filthy and the employees could have cared less. I was very disappointed because there was so much buzz around this restaurant...I left a little sick to my stomach and wondering why all the hype?

I have told several people of my experience and do not recommend this place. If the tables and floors are filthy you have to assume the kitchen is just as disgusting.

Note to Chedd's: Clean your restaurant and hire employees that care.
