Good, but busy. Very busy place in the afternoons, but good equipment. Sometimes is a drag waiting for equipment when there is 2 or 3 people in line.

Do Not Go Here if you want to workout. This place is insanely busy at all times. Do not go here if you want to do a full workout cause you will not be able to do so. It is always packed and the building is too small for all its members. Every week night almost every piece of equipment is taken (Either used to workout on or.. hang out) Yes, hang out. Most people here just stand around and socialize while taking up equipment. A workout that usually takes 45min can take an hour and a half here because most of the time you have to stand there and wait. The employees are careless and rather turn their back to you when you have a question than help you!

Staff is unprofessional and rude. Clean facility, newer equipment, but LONG waits to use it and the staff is, well, something else! I recently switched my membership from this location to another 24 hour fitness due to the staff here. The thing that really irritated me was all the PDA between two different couples...and I'm talking about employees. One couple in particular always seemed to be there when I was, making out at a piece of equipment I would have liked to use. Not what I go to the gym for! This was very unprofessional. They also had a problem cancelling an upgrade I made to my membership so that I could bring a guest. It took nearly 9 months to get it resolved despite them "pretending" to cancel it. What a hassle! The front desk guy would turn up the volume on his Mexican polka music late Friday and Saturday nights so that I could still hear it through my iPod at full volume. He was also out in the parking lot doing donuts after a snowfall last winter and barely missed someone else's car!

Full-service gym offers weights, cardio equipment, sauna, steam room, classes and personal training, open for most hours of the day.. In Short
With classes ranging from 24 Hour Tease, a sexy strip aerobic class, to the more subdued Vinyasa flow yoga and butt-kickin' boot camp, this active sports club is packed with health conscious (and some insomniac) gym goers. Stocked with the latest cardio and weight-training equipment, this gym cranks up the pumping music, flicks on the Plasma TV sets, and lets fitness fanatics work out according to their own schedule. With affordable rates and a friendly, knowledgeable staff, personal training is another tangible get-fit option. And while the moniker is somewhat misleading, on most days the door is open for at least nineteen hours--not too shabby.

A gym worth joining..... My opinion of this gym is very get or miss. As long as you are aware of the busiest hours and are able to avoid them, I thoroughly enjoy this gym. It being a 24 Hour-fitness SPORT has many options available. From child daycare, to the amount of equipment. As far as the customer service goes I find it to be very get or miss. I would say though, that for the most part, I am greeted as well as told 'thank you, have a great day' on my way out. I would recommend NOT going to this gym between the hours of 4 - 6 pm Monday through Friday. Otherwise, there is enough equipment not to have to wait, like I often do at smaller gyms. This gym is always very clean and neat. For those of you that do not like to wait for a treadmill: RUN OUTSIDE! I go to this gym as well as the one off of Colorado Blvd and Alameda depending on school and work. The beautiful thing about this company is that there are different gyms in every area, very convenient, as well as no limitations to time you can work out. I have had a membership for almost a year now and work out 4-6 times a week. Knowing that everyone there is there for the same reason, to better our fitness and quality of life, leaves me feeling as though I am part of something great. I was motivated enough to write this review after hearing about the negative experience mt25 had. I will say that I believe what he said, however, I have never been pressured or forced into any sort of membership. Maybe just bad timing? Anyway, the personal fitness trainers care about the members here and I would highly recommend going to this gym. Thank you for your time.
