Body & Sole Salon

Bad Business at Body & Sole. I called today to make an appointment for tomorrow.. I wanted to combine 2 services within roughly the same time period. First, the receptionist said "yes, we can one at 2:45 , and the other at 4:00 pm." I said that was fine.

Then she said, "No, we can do one at 4:00 pm, and the other at 4:45"

I said that was fine. And then she wanted my credit card number to confirm the reservations.

While I was getting the number , I guess she was still looking at the schedule, and said , "Can we change that to an express pedicure instead of a regular?" I said no.

Then , reluctantly, I gave her my CC number.

After she got it approved, she then told me ,"Oh I'm sorry, we don't really have any openings for that other service you requested. Can you do that one the next day?"

At this point, I was too aggravated to continue, and cancelled the entire thing.

The whole point was to be able to combine 2 different things in the same trip.



How can it be so hard to schedule an appointment? Why did she want to change it ? not once, but twice ? Then say no , it's not available? Is their scheduling system broken? Is it rocket science? Is she 15 years old? There's no excuse.

But then, in addition, they had my credit card # ! Not sure if there's any recourse about that..…

Do not Recommend. I am a new mother who needed to treat myself to a pedicure. I had not had one prior to having my daughter and it was a splurge. I have worked and gone as a customer to TallGrass and was expecting at least a relaxing experience. Needless to say as I was walking out, I instantly regretted spending my time and money at Body & Sole. My experience was less than relaxing or enjoyable. I think that my nail technician said maybe 2 sentences to me. She asked me what color I wanted my toes and then instructed me on how long to let them dry...seriously in 45 mins that is all you can say to me??!! When I was first getting situated into the chair I was clearly struggling with trying to get the lovely back massagers (that would have been very great for some much needed stress relief) and did she bother to help me out? Nope, just pretended I was not there. Maybe my expectations were too high but really if I had wanted to sit and not talk to someone for nearly an hour I would have gone to the nail place in the strip mall and paid $20.…

Best Spa in Town!!!. I absolutely love Body and Sole!! I refuse to go anywhere else. Every time I am there they have new services for me to try. A great one is the peppermint patty pedicure. They use peppermint products that smell amazing! And you get a free gift. There is no competition when it comes to this place. I have been to multiple spas here in Colorado as well as spas in Las Vegas and everytime I wish that I just went to Body and Sole instead. I have gotten my mom addicted as well as a few of her coworkers. I have never recieved a spa service before I came here and what a way to start! I can guarantee that you will have an enjoyable experience when you book an appointment at this amazing spa.…

Best Eyebrows in town!. I have been all over trying to get a great brow wax, and i have finally found that perfect place. I have been in three times and everytime my brows have come out consistenly great! It's hard to find someone and somplace that can deliver a great service everytime. Highly recommended!…
