The place is amazing! As a columnist for a spa magazine I search high and low for the best massages around. If your looking for true healing unlike those "Massage Envy "shops than look no further. I can truly say that out of all my searching Ryan Albizu at Integrative Health is by far the best when it comes to massage. His knowledge about anatomy is astonishing and the fact that he's training to become an acupuncturist only adds to his services. If you wish to see Ryan book well in advance or you might get lucky if there's a cancellation.

This is a great place that offers tons of alternative health treatments. The atomosphere is so relaxing (beautifully decorated) and everyone that works there is very friendly. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and he makes you feel relaxed immediately. If you are familiar with accupuncture you will love having treatments with him and if you are at all nervous about it , this is the place for you! I have also had several great massages from different therapists and they have a really nice therapist, Suzanne. It's basically one stop shopping to make you feel better.
Pros: Professional and kind staff, relaxing atmosphere, good value, free parking
