CAUTION - DO NOT USE DARQUE TAN. Be VERY CAUTIOUS about their contracts... even though they advertise that they have no contracts. They in fact do. I cancelled my membership back in October. The wrong form was given to me. Subsquently I ended up paying for 4 months of membership even though I cancelled. Furthermore, they KEPT my balance that was left in my account. Overall I am out over $130 thanks to the incompetent bimbos they have working at their facility. Pass the word along.... DO NOT USE DARQUE TAN... and definitely don't sign your name to anything that is put in front of you.

Great beds. The bulbs seemed to be very updated when i used the beds. I was very impressed with the girls looks and how much information they knew about tanning there however i know they do need a little of an attitude adjustment too. I loved the Red light therapy bed and plan to use it soon! its a great deal for the unlimited level 1 beds!

ANY DARQUE TAN LOCATION. Sadly, the regular staff at Darque Tan are consistently RUDE and LOW IN INTELLIGENCE and communication skills. While the place is clean, good luck getting anyone who is competant enough to explain their plans to you. One of their workers named Kendra actually called me a "Bit*h" b/c she did not want to have to explain the contract. Yes, they do require contracts for VIP memberships!! They call them "billing agreements" but they are CONTRACTS!! DUH!! Please, Darque Tan, require your staff to take a basic intelligence test before hiring. DO NOT GO HERE!!! FIND ANOTHER PLACE WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!!! BE WARNED ONE STAFF MEMBER NAMED RACHEL STEALS CASH SO DON'T PAY IN CASH. MANAGMENT KNOWS ABOUT THIS AND HAS PROVEN IT & WILL NOT FIRE HER!!!!

Fabulous customer service, and product knowledge!. I've been using this salon on Dry Creek & University for many years because they have demonstrated integrity in business by giving me a free re-do tan when their mystic tan jets have unknowingly been clogged or the tan solution was low.

Their facility and beds are ALWAYS clean. They communicate in a friendly and helpful manner and have guided me in selecting the correct minutes so as not to burn on the tanning beds. I have relocated to Texas and was looking for one of their salons here, when I found this web site. I want to recommend this business to others. I have total confidence in their ability to assist me in creating the best tan look possible.
