poor customer service, received no help from anyone after being in there 15 minutes, 4 people behind counter. Visited the showroom to buy new frames, walked in mid Saturday afternoon, there were 4 people behind the counter. No body offered any help after being in the store for 15 minutes, I desided to leave, while walking past a plump white haired man, I said "business must be great since you have no time to help the customers that you have in the store." His reply was "YEP, IT IS" and snickered.... I left the store and will not return.
