CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SO FAR SO GOOD. I recently joined Lady Fitness in Lone Tree, and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They decreased the one time joining fee from $125 dollars to $25 dollars - that's reason enough to join right there! The facility is well kept. Ladies Beware!!!!. This gym has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The staff is too busy either talking on their cell phones or chatting with each other to help the members. The owner is rude and views members as problems rather than customers. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM - there are other "lady only" gyms in the area that take customer service seriously. Read the reviews of the other 2 colorado Lady Fitness locations before you consider joining - all three are a nightmare and not worth it.…
