My boyfriend had a planned birthday surprise for my birthday last weekend and i had no clue what it entailed. apparently the limo drivers showed up a little early and had no problem hiding down the street until he was ready to surprise me with it. he was happy about that. it was my first experience ever in a limo and it was AWESOME!!!! Unreliable, horrible service. We hired Southwest for our wedding and it was a horrible experience. They sent a limo half the size which meant twice as many trips. I (the Bride) was left at the hotel with all the bridesmaids forcing us to start the ceremony 45 min. late. Then after the wedding we were charged an overcharge. I would not recommend them to anyone!…
