Very good compared to the competition.
I've eaten here a couple of times, and each time the food was always hot and fresh. It was inexpensive, and while there aren't acres of steamtables, the variety is good. Most importantly, everything is tasty: vegetables are crisp, sauces are what you'd expect from take-out.
They also have some offerings that you won't find at other Chinese buffets, like fried calamari.
In addition to the steam tables, there is also a mongolian barbecue, where you select your ingredients and watch them cooked on a hot slab.
I have eaten at one or two better Chinese buffets, but have also eaten at many worse. The first time I went, however, the mens' room stall was out of toilet paper, so check before you sit down! And when you don't see sauces at the appetizer table, don't despair, they're at the next table over.
I'll bet that if you eat there once, and you're not a food snob, you'll be back.
Good Variety. The food is very tasty and there is a very good selection. We've never had to wait (the restaurant has a large seating area.) They have the usual Chinese menu items, but are very Americanized (which is good for my tastes.) I generally find Chinese Buffets to have bland food, but that is not the case here. Everything I have had is great.
