Long waits both to get an appointment, long waits when you arrive for your appointment. Snarky, "I'm too cool" attitudes abound. Cash only policy that is a real pain in the ass. If you love abuse and disrespect, you'll love this place. Otherwise, look elsewhere.…
Think Tank - Don`t say I didnt warn you.. I have two sleeves and have always hade great experiences with tattoos and great people great atmosphere, but not only did the So called sloopy artist at Think Tank mess up, he and the owner tried to charge full price. Never again!!…
DO NOT USE JEREMY BARBER IF YOU WANT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
I've had the worst tattoo experience possible with this A$$. He doesn't give a damn about his customers and he ended up charging me more then the rate we agreed upon. - twice! (I had a two part
tattoo with him and so I had to go in a second time session) If you take more then 60 seconds to think about your tattoo & look at it in the mirror he'll act like a total d!ck - as if you're some kind of inconveinence for him...even though your paying him a gross hourly rate.
The work that he does is first rate - no doubt about that, but for the price you have to pay (way over-priced) and considering you have to deal with his attitude, I highly suggest thinking twice. I will never return to this shop due to him…
This ink is worth the wait!.
For months I did research on tattoos, artists, and shops in and around Denver. The tattoo in progress was to be my first and definitley not too small. The amount of symbolism behind my tattoo is
unbeleivable and I needed an artist that would be able to capture what I wanted.
I finally selected Patrick Shackley at Th'ink Tank and I couldn't be more happy. Patrick took the time to listen to all of my requirements and make suggestions that made perfect sense. He pulled my desired image from my head and custom drew my tattoo. It is a one of a kind design and the lines/colors are so perfect.
Additionally, Patrick took the time to explain everything that he was doing to me since as I mentioned, I was an ink virgin.
I would highly recommend Patrick and Think Tank if you are getting your first, second, or whatever the number tattoo is. The complaints that I came across in my research was the time to have to wait for the artists. My theory on that is that this tattoo will be with me for 50+ years... what's a few months of waiting for the perfection that I desire.
I've read several complaints that the artists/desk staff were rude, unattentive, etc. I experienced none of this in any of my calls or visits to the shop.
So my son someday wants to be able to get some ink... Hopefully when he gets to that appropriate age, Patrick is still inking so that I can take him and get him a first class tattoo! Who knows... I might add a second to my collection then too.…
Arty, Edgy, Clean.. I've been tattooed many times at several different shops and visited many others. Th'ink Tank became my go-to shop after my first visit; the staff is helpful and professional, the artists are experienced and talented. This is an arty, edgy, clean shop with a much welcome dash of contemporary style in contrast to the stereotypically unrefined world of tattooing. In a time where tattooing has evolved into a fine art form, Th'ink Tank steps up to satisfy appreciators of all types with consistent quality.…
