Designed specifically to be a comfortable, neighborhood bar, the joint is a low-key, no-frills watering hole with friendly staff and some of the most comfortable bar stools anywhere in town. Exposed-brick surfaces and the dark-wood bar give the room a comforting warm glow, further enhanced by the low happy hour prices. Above the bar is a patio that is heated and open year-round, providing an excellent perch for all the people-watching.

The Pour House has a nice atmosphere but I wouldn't recommend going there on the weekends. The place is pretty small and there is usually not enough room to hold the big crowds. The drink prices aren't bad for that location/part of town and the service is decent.

Parking:
There's a garage across the street, but the best idea is to cab it in, if you're here on a weekend night.
Where to Sit:
Grab a seat at the bar. It is the premium draw here--the stools are built for long stays, and the bartenders are an energized, engaging bunch.
