Thanks, but no thanks.. I found the wedding band of my dreams at Oster Jewelers. It is a big decision to make a purchase such as this so after thinking about it for 3 weeks my fiance and I went back to see about purchasing the ring. It was at this time that we were informed that the ring was now $1400 more than what I had been originally quoted. The owner explained how the price of gold has sky rocketed and that this ring was extremely underpriced to begin with. The lowest that he would go to work with us was $400 above what I had been originally quoted. I get it, the market changes just like any other industry, I understand that for a new customer walking in that they would be charged what the ring was marked at currently... but for them to not honor a price that they had originally given to me... such an awful move on the customer service front.

As dramatic as this may sound, I couldn't even look at them, I was so disgusted and disappointed. I literally walked out of the store with a broken heart.

Needless to say, we did not purchase the ring and will never purchase anything from this store.

I do have to say that the sales associates here are extremely nice, helpful and friendly. I appreciated their time and assistance very much. I wish I could have made a purchase from one of them as I had planned to.

Arrogance at it's worst!!!!!!!!. It's amazing that this guy could find enough copywriters to characterize this merchant in such a voluminous manner. Don't make the mistake of inquiring about a brand that he isn't a purveyor of. OMG. The man gets on his soap box and won't stop. If only his dignity was has large as his ego. After a severe tonque lashing after I asked hime about the superiority of brands, he made derogatory comments about the Vacheron which I was wearing. Great selling technique!

Watches of the world. Service with a smile are what both Jeremy and his wife Melissa have always provided me. I have returned on numerous occasions only to be treated with the honest passion both exude for their craft. Highly recommended!

Denver's finest. I have been to Oster's numerous times and continue to be impressed with the quality/uniqueness of product available and the knowledge and representation of them. I highly recommend this friendly,convenient, and original jewelry store. A must go!!

Great. I'm not sure what the other person was talking about when they described the lack of customer service at Oster. I was treated very well by all their knowledgable employees, and the customer service was top-notch. This store is highly recommended.

Great Jewelry Boutique. This place has a really unique and very creative selection of jewelry and watches in one place. There's a lot of stuff in this little store that I had never seen before. Be careful, because this place is like being let loose in a candy store! I actually went in looking for a B-Day watch for my mother after having been treated like a ghost at a popular jewelry store in the mall. I felt extremely comfortable at Oster with no pressure or attitude which hardly ever happens in a jewelry store. My mother loves her watch and i love my earrings! I have found that it pays to hunt for things outside of the predictable stores in the mall.

wow!. Incredible selection of the most hip jewelry, diamonds and watches. I travel worldwide and shop in themost unique boutiques I can find and this store is at the top of my list.

Horrible Customer Service. I honestly have never been treated with more indifference than at Oster. I went there with the notion of creating a custom engagement ring, a task they said they were accustomed to. Although intially I was treated in a professional manner, that seemed to deteriorate after my first visit. I made a second trip to the store to look at some gems and ring designs for this custom piece. Upon showing up, I was shown only three rings and none were the style I requested and she didn't even have any gems to show me. I was promised a 2nd call back when she got the gems in. 1 week later and I've still heard nothing. I Have since brought my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place for anything other than what you see in the display case.
