Dr. Conahan very good...Contact Lense Assistant unsure of abilities.... Dr. Conahan seems to be very competent. However, his Contact Lense Assistant, Erika Brown, I am not convinced knows quite enough yet and her bedside manner needs improvement. She has an unbecoming attitude that is probably used to overcome her insecurities in diagnostic capabilities. Not sure I trust her judgement or qualifications to be fitting lenses. Especially don't like the way she talks (her tone) to patients and her short and rude demeanor in person and on the phone. She just has this attitude that she knows it all and doesn't really care. Bad P.R. for Dr. Conahan and bad social skills for sure.
