disappointing customer service

As I browsed the store I was never approached by an employee to ask if I needed help, although two ladies around me were. Once I had made my selections (3) and headed to the counter, I was given two disapproving looks by two employees when I requested to have the three items separately gift-wrapped. The store was not busy and this is a service offered by an overpriced high end baby store...I should have taken my business elsewhere. I will not return!

Great products!! Not the kind you find at most stores. If I want a unique gift, I come here. The people who work there are always friendly and have great suggestions.

My Favorite Baby Store in Denver

Every time I shop at Real Baby I find something unique, precious and perfect. My daughter loves to play at the train table, and I love the clothes they carry for her. Great service and selection and I allways find the perfect gift for my friends.
