All about the money, no quality.. Eyeliner- I had never gotten any permanent make up done before so I didn't know what to expect? I guess I thought I would sit and look thru some different pictures & choose the style and color?? Maybe have her explain the procedure or something? But when I got there Carmen seemed to be in a hurry & just led me straight to a small room and asked me to lay down. Other than the formalities, she didn't go beyond explaining anything! She asked if I wanted brown or black, I hesitated cause I wasn't really sure & she said "I think brown would be good" so I said "ok" and she started to proceed! So I figured I should throw in what I wanted before she started! I said "Could you plz try to get it as close as possible to the inside of the eye lid? Cause I don't like the line to be way out there close to the eye lashes, I kind of like it to look "filled in".. she said ok.. then I asked her if she could do the top one a bit thick cause I liked the top thicker.. she said ok... then dug right in. It wasn't painful the first time, but throught the procedure she was trying to up-sell me! She said if I added a "french eyeliner" which is a white line on top of the brown, that she could throw it in right now for another $100. I said no thanks. So to make a long story short, I was very dis-pleased cause the top line was just as thin as the lower one, REALLY THIN, I still have to apply eyeliner on top of the permanent! I spent all that money for nothing! I did this procedure so I wouldn’t have to bother with applying eyeliner but I still do! And the lower line, she said that's as close as she could go so that she doesen't damage the eye! But I just saw my friend who also got permanent eyeliner done by her aunt & her line is really filled all the way in! So that was a flat out lie! Or she just doesen't know any other way of doing it except for her way?? And now, after looking at pictures on her site, I can NOW see that they're all done in the same style!! They're on different people so they look a little different, but if you really look at them, they're all the same exact way!! And no two women put on eyeliner the same way! They should learn how to do different styles, not just assume were all the same! I got the impression that Carmen really didn't care for what I wanted, just wanted to make quick money.
