I went to Mazda of Lakewood in Sept. of
2011 and have never in my adult life had a worse experience purchasing a car. I was threatened to pay the $3k down after 2 weeks of owning the car, yet the agreement signed was to pay this money within 90 days. Jacob the manager, called me repeatidly and bullied me for this money, regardless of the agreement. I also cancelled the GAP insurance and the extended service warranty in Nov. 2011, and just checked with my auto financing institution and my account has STILL not been credited!
Mazda of Lakewood is the WORST dealership to even stop at!
Save yourself months of agony, DON'T purchase a car from them!

Mazda of Lakewood is the worst place ever! I have been to this dealership over the past year and never see the same sales people there. Jake needs to learn how not speak to everyone like they are from the hood. Pay those people cash for your down payment and they will call and say you never paid them. Scott well you better wear your armour because he is a backstabbing liar and just google his name and see what he's about he knows all about relating alright - he's a real slammer kind of guy...
Oh yes and good luck getting your taxes figured correctly you will be lucky if you don't have to get your paper tag extended at least 2 times then they still won't have it right.
If you're looking for the cream of the crop and a family type dealership don't go to Mazda of Lakewood I would suggest McDonald Mazda they treat you with respect before, during and after the sale.
The Salesman Makes or Breaks them!.
Our buying experience was based largely on the quality of service we got from a member of their sales staff, Doug Posey. He was extrememly knowledgeable and accommodating in making arrangements for us.
The first time we went to the lot to consider our options we were put off, however on a second look and with the help of a good salesman, ie: Doug, we were able to have a great experience with Mazada of Lakewood.
HORRIBLE PLACE - DONT BUY FROM THEM. First off they are friendly when you walk in the door. Like anyone that is ready to stab you in the back. They force you to buy their cars by wearing you down till you have no energy left in you to fight. They come to you with b.s. prices for their three step quote or was it four? This is were the draining of energy begins... You laugh at it and say really.... Why cant you come with one price and don't even start with the B.S.? Once they drain your energy you are so tired from sitting there for hours you think you got a good price. Until you sign and go hell no I just got fuc_ up the ass. Their tactic is: They give you a final price minus your down payment and sign. Once you see that your price is not what you thought cause it included your down payment, you feel like a fool. OH the stages of hell come next..... They treat you like a bum off the street and hunt you down for your pre payment arrangement's Constantly call you before they are even due... As if you are going to be the one ripping them off. This gets better: After you pay them off they call you and threaten you that you never paid them. Its a cracked up way to do business.... If they wanted repeat business they should choose their words correctly. I would never buy from them. It took several trips there to get things right. They lost my money and called me threatening to send me over to a collection dept. with a 25% increase on what they thought I owe their dumb ass. Next call was I bounced a check... I never bounced a check in my life... Again promised to send me to collections. I have watched several customers on my stays there be beaten down to buy a car. Its not a joyful event to purchase anything from them. No one has their act together and its so unorganized. PLEASE PLEASE Buy your car from someone that wont make you spend several days there and worthless hours. Only to call you later and say you never paid us. YOUR A JOKE MAZDA & YOU HIRE VERY STUPID EMPLOYEES!.
