lovely. i loved my experience here but i found the right dress at the shop right next door, both stores are just perfect.

The Customer Service is terrible!!!.
We ordered 9 tuxedos through them for our wedding. Even though we were promised them 2 days before the big day we were still picking up parts that went to tux's on the wedding day at 1:45 pm (it started at six). When we finally received them they were the wrong sizes, buttons were popping off the vests and some guy had to go without cufflinks. They even had the nerve to threaten to call the cops on one of our groomsmen b/c he failed to return the suit on time.
When confronted about the terrible service we got, they could only make excuses (it was another company's fault) and offered no compensation. They even accused us of not having our facts straight about the situation.
That is just the tip of the iceberg...I could go on and on....
Bottom line, they run a terrible business, they are rude and manipulative, unprofessional and not as attentive to details as someone in this kind of business should be. A few times my husband caught them writing down the wrong sizes from another wedding party along with our wedding party's information...
Please tell every bride and groom you know ....DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH D'ANNELI BRIDAL'S AND TUX A.K.A. THE BRIDE'S ROOM
