Stonebrook Quality on the Decline.... I was so excited to have my wedding at Stonebrook Manor, because it looked like a good deal for the cost and the location was beautiful, however they got my cake flavors wrong, they made mistakes when preparing my paperwork, they rushed me to turn in my guest list early, they told us and stated on the paperwork that there would be a choice of salad dressings and then there was only a gross vinaigrette on the day of the wedding. The rolls were overloaded with herbs and very hard, the chicken was over-seasoned and the servers never brought me or my husband the appetizers (which we upgraded for an additional $150) and when I complained later, the captain brought us a plate of the cold ones that were left. I was extremely disappointed with the staff at Stonebrook and when I mentioned all the complaints to them they didn't even return my phone call, when I called again after waiting a week, they offered a half-hearted apology and nothing more. They also got the colors for the chair ties and napkins wrong. They give the illusion of a high class venue, but their staff doesn't live up to the expectations. I would say to save your money for a company that can live up to your expectations and actually care to have you end up satisfied after you spent thousands of dollars for your big day.…
