HORRIBLE SERVICE - OVERPRICED. Worst customer service I have EVER had! Not worth the expensive prices!! I dropped off an order of 3 pairs of pants and 2 jackets (wool). I asked the prices to dry clean the items. I was quoted around $8 per pair of pants and $8.80 for each jacket. It seemed a little overpriced for the pants and under priced for the jackets, but I assumed that the employee knew the prices of their services. When I returned to pick up my dry cleaning, I got a BIG surprise. The total was $20 more than expected. I saw that I was charged $15.50 for one jacket and $18.50 for the other. I asked the girl behind the counter (different employee) why the change and she said "we have never charged $8.80 for jackets." I asked to speak with the manager - who she called right in front of me - and she said I would have to come back Monday through Friday from 9-3 to talk to her. Too bad for me I WORK! I asked why I couldn't talk to her over the phone and she said "she doesn't want to have to deal with you."

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER: DAMAGE CLOTHING, EXPENSIVE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not use this drycleaner. They are a rip off and damage clothing. I used them once and was outraged at my bill; I was charged extra on two garmets for "significant stains". Note: I had looked at the items before dropping them off and did not see ANY stains. One of my sweaters came back with 4 hooks missing. I brought the item back when I realized it was damaged (2 days later) and was told that the manager would call me. She didn't. I eached the manager a week later and was told that they had replaced the hooks, but that I would have to pay $9.50 to get my sweater back, since they had re-cleaned it. The sweater was not dirty and I did not authorize a second cleaning. The manager insisted that the sweater had been dirty and was very difficult to work with. I now have to pay 1/4 of the value of the sweater to get it back. I'm VERY DISSATISFIED w/ the service and value of what I recieved.
