Do not use this company! As a very brief summary: they left a ton of damage in our kitchen, had poor craftsmanship, and lied over and over when we were trying to resolve everything. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere. A bunch of people have been to our house (professionals to try and examine the damage and just friends/family/neighbors) and have said what a poor job was done. Had they not lied so much I might have not been so upset, but it's frustrating when they keep going back and blatantly lying about what has happened when we are trying to resolve it.

Don't waste your time with these people. Yeah, they were a bit cheaper than some others, but their service is TERRIBLE! We reserved two pieces, and they installed one piece that we didn't really reserve - it was damaged. We tried to get them to help (not even replace - just repair) but they ignore us. We're screwed with damaged stone they refuse to be accountable for. I would have paid 5% more to anyone for the better service.

Execellant Granite Installation. GREAT WORKMANSHIP

We had bids from three different companies to replace our kitchen Formica countertop with granite. Stone City had the best price.

We were extremely worried about our tile work on the back splash which we needed to keep.. They were able to remove the old counter top without disturbing the back splash.

The sales person was extremely helpful in selecting the stone and even came to our home to discuss the entire installation process with us.

The two guys who did the templates were very courteous and the installers did an excellent job.

We highly recommend Stone City for your granite needs.

Fantastic Workmanship!. Excellent work! I would give them two thumbs up for their Kitchen remodeling. The sales person was so courteous and informative. I really liked the way he guided me in selecting the stone with different but suitable tailor made ideas. They got plenty of colors to choose and I think they are really experienced in this business. Price looked little high initially but they have given me a complete satisfaction and later I realised its absolutely worth to pay. If its possible, I can proudly post photos of my kitchen in this site. Can anyone help on it? I would recommend them just for their quality work and I suggest you to go their shop once before you decide on your countertops and have some knowledge about stones. Great job guys!!

Stay Away. This will be my 4th time having them come out because the granite on my island is still moving. The guys that came out originally, cut the template wrong, sawed into my plumbing, left scratches on the new granite.

Olga and Jeri will not listen to anything you say on the phone. Instead they will just say uh huh, uh huh with no recollection of what was just said. As of today almost a year later we are still calling with issues. We should have done the research prior and steered clear of this place.

Just realized the two below me that reviewed this place and give it 5 stars both work there!!!

Best Service and Very Economical Prices. They have variety of Granite selections. You can't go wrong on choosing right counter tops. Tell owners your likes. They shoud be able to point the right counter top that should fit in your budget.

Quality of the Granite great. I had it in my kitchen and wet bar. On both projects stone city did a fantastic job in installing and addressed all my concerns.

Great Job from Beginning to End. All of the cost including additional charges and discounts were disclosed upfront. The schedule for all the work was arranged based on my availability. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and recommended places to go checkout designs. It helped me in making the right decision for my home.

Poor customer service. I'd give zero stars if it were an option.

While the quality of the stone was good we had issues from start to finish.

Owner is argumentative and is not willing to make concessions when they mess up. The quote had the wrong kind of stone and edge, which I caught and had to have them correct. No big deal, but it was the start of the problems.

They were almost always late and unapologetic for being so. Fortunately I work from the house so it was less of a deal. Plan on being there all day on installation and template day.

They ground brick into a cabinet drawer so the pull in the drawer needed to be replaced. They denied they did it because it was brick, but they were the only ones working in the kitchen that day. While they did fix a nick and ding and the granite, they made a huge huge deal out of what great customer service they were providing for fixing a problem they created in the first place.

Like one of the other reviews, they blamed me for the template being incorrect and waved the paperwork I signed in my face while yelling at me in my kitchen. Be very careful checking their template to ensure every nook and cranny is exactly what you expect and want. I expected them to do this, because if I were a granite countertop guy I would not need them and thus would know all about templating and would know what to watch for. Caveat emptor definitely holds true with this company's idea of customer service.

Use at your own risk and inspect very carefully before paying.

poor installation, not happy. Yes, the customer needs to supervise at all steps of the install. Don't sign off until you like it. They told me the calk would dry clear and it didn't. I now have white caulk on my dark granite. Bad seam, and not real level so my stove is not level.(and the cabinets were perfectly level) Not happy, and they have not returned my phone calls. Would NOT use again, and will warn my friends and co-workers to not use.
