THIS IS REAL NYC PIZZA!!.
I am a pizza snob from NYC. I almost stopped eating pizza here in Co until I found this place. I was advised to try it by a work buddy who was also transferred here for work. The crust is the way I remember it from home, crispy, and the sauce and cheese have a lot of flavor. The garlic knots are better then I remember in ny. The place has a lot of atmosphere, obviously not a franchise place. Lots of family's with kids (Friday Night) and a bunch of couples as well. Delivery cars with the signs on top all over the parking lot. I'm obviously not the only one who thinks this place is great.
Its on the corner of ken caryl and kipling (or maybe chatfield and kipling?) Its by Q's pub across from the Wells Fargo bank. Give it a shot!!

Finally...excellent crust!. We love Garlic Knot! The pizza is sooo good because the crust is thin, crisp, yet soft in the middle and slightly chewy with subtle flavor and the toppings are applied just right... My new fave is the White pizza w/tomatoes...simple yet flavorful. They are also lightning fast...even w/delivery!

Wonderful. I love this place. No matter what kind of pizza you like they have it or can make it. The service is very fast and very reasonably priced for the amount of pizza you will be getting. After ordering there only twice, the staff all knew me by my first name.

Garlic Knot = best NY Pizza in The Denver area!. Best Pizza! Best Stromboli! Best Calzones! No one does it like these guys! And the service is fantastic. Nice family atmosphere!! Highly recommended!!
