In Short – Once only a breakfast and lunch nook, this restaurant now serves dinner, too. Stone floors, small tables and a marble bar make up the intimate dining area. It's the kind of place where the chef-owner may emerge from the kitchen to chat with customers. The breakfast menu includes specialty coffee and orange-cream French toast. For dinner you might try the white shrimp and basil farfalle with shallots, white wine and tomatoes.

Bad Bad Bad Bistro

by Blue22

The food was horrible. they squeeze their ceaser salad in a glass and it was gross with a disgusting whole egg in it . 10.00 dollars and it tasted like Marie's salad dressing too. The 23 dollar kobe? burger was well down and was worse than McDonalds. Acrually McDonalds would have been better. No server our poor hostess ran around and the food was cold. No bathrroom had to go out of the restaurant and go tKona Coffee next door.

Skip this bistro is was terrible and very pricey.and I love to eat at great restaurants. I should have gone next door to 240 Union but the previous reviews were good. Hey previous reviewers are we eating at the smae bistro or what?

Clearly a chef inspired restaurant!!

by jonns44

We ventured here for dinner on a recommendation from friends. They were so right. This little bistro is small, quaint and very charming. It was pretty full, but the attention from our server was great. The chef changes the menu every couple of days and the approach is very fresh and seasonal. I had the duck, which was absolutely delightful, and the other people people tried a lobster risotto dish along with a flat bread of the night. Our appetizers were great and the prices are very reasonable for what Bisque has to offer. The wine list is somewhat small compared to a steak house, but quite affordable with nice selections. The Malbec I had was nice and surprisingly, our server was pretty well informed about the list. This is our top choice for dinner on the west side of town going forward. By the way, the reviews and some people I chatted with say they have a killer Sunday brunch. Well, were going back next Sunday. If this place can execute dinner that blew us away, brunch should be great!!

Sublime

by bsmithaudio

I haven't reviewed a restaurant on here before, but this restaurant inspired me to. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. I visited this restaurant last yea while in the area on business and had a good experience, but this time, it was incredible. I've eaten at a number of prestigious restaurants in the San Francisco area and would put this restaurant in the same league but at half the price. I will definitely come back the next time I am in the Denver area. My only hope is that once this restaurant attracts the crowd it deserves I'll still be able to get in!
