Very Poor Customer Service.
I went into Jared two days in a row to look for wedding bands. The reason I had to come two days in a row was because no one even acknowledged my prescence the first day. There were about 3 couples in the large store, and many sales reps. However, even after making eye contact with me, I was ignored. No one bothered to let me know that they would be right with me. The second day I came, I was ignored for 20 min. before being spoken to at all. I found this to be very dissapointing, and for this reason have chosen to take my business elsewhere.
