Hit or miss.
Floyd's is a unique establishment. Hip people working there, trendy music playing in the background, music posters all over the walls, however i think this is sort of the problem.
It has more of a party-type atmosphere to it than business. I think this is what keeps people going, but me personally i could care less--just cut my hair right the way i asked. I have had two stylists cut my hair there and both were OK.
The only reason i say OK is because both times, both stylists were hurrying my haircut, and didn't seem to be in a great mood, especially the phone-gal always setting up the appointments.
The only thing that would get me going back is the hot-lather shave with a straight razor--now that is nice.
Overall, it isn't that bad, but for 20 bucks per cut--they better had improve there consistency.
