outraged!!!. Read all of the reviews and wanted to cry! I just lost my beloved Shih Tzu "Cocoa" who was 11 1/2 years old and had been seeing Dr. Landin since she was 8 wks old.. She took the time to call me and offer her condolences and assure me that it was the best option for Cocoa as she was suffering with Cushings disease and Diabetes. Does your "fancy Vets with their upscale offices "take their time to call you after hours? I don't think so! Dr. Landin has been nothing but caring,and willing to work with you on expensive proceedures. As for the staff- I find nothing wrong with piercings and tattoos; it does not mean that person is uncaring or uncompassionate. Sounds to me like someone is very biggotted and needs a reality check. I WOULD'NT EVER ALLOW ANYONE I KNOW OR I ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HEAR ME...IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL LICENSED VETERINARIAN THAT MAKES GOOD SOUND ADVICE IN IMPROVING QUALITY OF LIFE FOR YOUR PET...DR. LANDIN IS A TERRIOST WITH A KNIFE... LOST REALITY OF HER MORAL OBLIGATIONS TO OWNERS AND THIER PETS ARE NONE, COLD, RUDE, IRRESPONSIBLE FOR HER ACTIONS. I LOST MY PET WITH HER ADVICE AND HER ACTIONS. MY CUDDLES DESERVED NOT TO HAVE BEEN SLICED AND DICED AT 14 YRS. OF AGE AND HANDED BACK TO ME TO LIVE 6 MISERABLE HEART WRENCHING DAYS OF HELL. DON'T IF ITS A CHOICE GO ANYWHERE BUT TO THAT LADY. DR. LANDIN NEEDS AN EXAMINATION OF HER COMMON SENSE. SHE IS CLUELESS FOR WHATS BEST FOR YOU AND YOUR PET AND COULD CARELESS. LOW COSTS DON'T DO ME ANY FAVORS NEVER AGAIN. LOST MY BEST FRIEND CUDDLES.

We travel miles to come see Dr. Landin!. My family has used this vet for 15 years because we love how well our dogs are taken care of! We've moved further north, in Broomfield, but still travel down and use Dr. Landin! Sure the place is outdated, but it is clean. If you want to pay alot more for decor when taking your pet, by all means....pay the extra. I don't need fluff and glamour....I'm not a snob.

Sure Dr. Landin can be serious and a little gruff, but she is a terrific vet ... takes the time with your pet, fully explains things, very thorough. I'm not there to chat with her, I am there for the best care of my dogs.

The techs are a little out there and some are not so socialable, but again, I am not there to make friends. They know my dogs names and they treat me with respect .... and they love animals .... what more do you want?!?!

I highly recommend this vet for the low reasonable prices, quality care.…

Excellent Care. I had searched everywhere for a place that was caring and helpful and that would take care of my Rhett respectfully without having to pay an arm and leg. These people were wonderful on the phone and wonderful in person.

Now I bring Scarlett to see them and I could not be more pleased to see that it wasn't a fluke that I received excellent care the first time we visited them. They are consistently helpful, caring, and respectful of my dogs needs as well as my budget capabilities. I felt no pressure like I have in the past at "other" offices. These folks know customer service!
