Bad first impressions are hard to fix.
Called Republic Shoes on the phone to make sure I had the right address and hours. Whoever answered the phone hung up on me. Called back, asked my question again, this time slowly, so I could be
understood. The guy answering the phone answered me back real slowly as well, spelling out each word and number.
Paid a visit the next day anyway, since their website lists the shoes I was interested in looking at. Drove all the way down to the store, in a crappy old strip mall on CO Blvd. Their return policy is no cash back, but they will try to figure out another pair of their shoes to put you in.
This is a reason why old time stores are out of business in favor of competition with selection and more reasonable return policies. Did not purchase a pair of shoes and glad I didn't.…
A spectacular place with all sizes in stock!!!. All I can say is that you NEED to see for yourself how great this shoe store is! I never knew they even existed until I happened to walk by the store and decided to walk inside. The best choice I have EVER made! They greet you and help you with everything from start to finish not to mention that they have knowledgeable sales help that can answer any questions that you may have. I left feeling very satisfied and all the shoes that I needed! I am now a new customer for life!!!!! WELL DONE REPUBLIC SHOES!!!!!…
THE BEST SHOES STORE IN THE WORLD!!!. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN? I HAVE HAD A HARD TIME FINDING SHOES THAT FIT ME FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE. I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS FAMILY OWNED SHOES STORE FROM A FRIEND AND THOUGHT I WOULD JUST TRY THEM OUT. HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, NOT TO MENTION THEY HELP YOU WITH EVERYTHING! nightmare!. This store would not give a refund on Saturday for shoes that were ordered by phone (not yet picked up) on Friday night! I ended up with store credit and had a REALLY hard time finding something else. This was after buying 3 other pair of shoes from them on Friday. No sense of customer appreciation at all!!! Additionally, many, many of their shoes are discontinued styles and brands, all sold at an elevated FULL PRICE. I was appalled! Will never set foot in this store again.…
Best Shoes, Huge Selection, All Sizes and Widths, Great and Friendly Help!. I am in awe of this shoe store! I Found it in the phone book and I am soooo glad I did! I walked in with feet problems and many other issues and concerns. Let me tell you after I left I was like a new woman! The whole experience at Republic Shoes was 5 stars in my book. No shoe store has ever been able to help me with my horrible feet problems until now. I have been in and out of other shoe stores for many years and was going to possibly have foot surgery. I am glad I waited because having good quality shoes and the proper fit, really did improve my feet. Take it from me. I would of never believed it myself but it is true, I went into Republic Shoes in pain and discomfort and left with a smile on my face and on my feet. I will continue to go back to Republic Shoes for all of my shoe needs.....They also have great handbags:) I love knowing that when I go into Republic Shoes I don't need to worry about a thing, they have everything covered.
